You will not receive an shipping confirmation when you place an order. When you place an order on workdays for 16:00 o'clock. Your package will be send with DHL parcel the same day.
During checkout it says 'NL Shipping Fee €0'. Is this correct?

Yes this is correct. We offer our clients that are living in the Netherlands the service 'free shipping'. So you can just hit the "NL shipping fee €0" button.

The product I want is sold out, will it come back on BOBBILLSTORE.com?
When a product is sold out, it may come back in stock. However, we can't promise it. Keep updated with our website & social media and never miss your favorite must-have again!
Can I reserve a product?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. Due to the great interest in our products, you can't reserve a product. If you live near Rotterdam or you are close to the Bob & Bill concept store, you can always choose the option "pick up in the Bob & Bill store". We will make sure your order will be ready at the concept store in Rotterdam the same day!
How do I place an order?

Order at BOBBILLSTORE.com is quite simple. You will need to create an account in order to shop with us. This will only take a minute and once set up you'll be able to: Check out faster, save frequent addresses and many more. Just click on register (this option can be found at the top right of the website).

Start shopping by selecting the product. Place your product in your bag by clicking the "add to your bag" button. Please note: make sure you choose the correct size! The product is now placed in your bag. Finished shopping and you want to checkout? Click on the "my bag" button (this can be found at the top right of the website). Follow all steps in order to checkout. You'll get 1 (one) orderconfirmation in your e-mail when you have placed your order. Please note: sometimes our e-mails will be marked as spam. Check your spam folder for the order confirmation and make sure to add BOBBILLSTORE.com to your safe list. When payment failed and BOBBILLSTORE.com didn't received payment for the order we will cancel your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?
If you have ordered on workingdays for 16:00 o'clock. The package will be send with DHL parcel the same day! With a bit of luck you will have your order the next day! Do you live abroad? Check out our services for international delivery.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping fee for customers that are living in the netherlands are free!  That's good news! For customers living abroad we charge minimal cost.
I have place an order at BOBBILLSTORE.com but I still didn't receive the package?
If you have ordered on workingdays for 16:00 o'clock. The package will be send with DHL parcel the same day! With a bit of luck you will have your order the next day! If you haven't received the package simply look back at your order by logging into your account at BOBBILLSTORE.com Then go to my account - my orders. Make sure you have entered the correct address. If this is correct, then take a look in your mailbox. When you weren't home the courier of DHL delivers a 'not at home' message at delivers the package to one one of your neighbors. You can pay safely using any of the following: iDeal and PayPal. 

Do you live or are you near the Bob & Bill store in Rotterdam. Then you can choose the option "pick up in Bob & Bill store" during checkout. Then you can pay with PayPal or iDeal. We will make sure your order will be ready at the  Bob & Bill store in Rotterdam the same day! Please note: if you choose this option, your order will not be sent and you'll have to pick up your order yourself in the concept store.

I have an Bob & Bill / IWSBS gift card, can I use this card on BOBBILLSTORE.com?
Yes you can. Do you have an Bob & Bill / IWSBS gift card? You can use the gift card online at www.bobbillstore.com. Enter your code in the box coupon code during checkout. Of course you may also use the gift card in our Bob & Bill store in Rotterdam!


RETURNS

How do I return an item?

I returned my order, but have not received money back?
When you return a product with PostNL, it will take 4-5 business days before it is processed. Once we have received your returned product, you will receive within 14 (fourteen) days money back into your account. Note: usually refund find place within 7 days, however, we can not guarantee this.
