RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We really hope you love every I was Styled by Sophie purchase you make! However if you decide to return an item you can do this within 14 days after receiving your order. Below the requirements for returning/exchanging items:
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS
- Items must be returned within fourteen (14) days after receiving your order.
- Items must be received unused (without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition;
- Tights, socks, pierced jewelry, underwear, swimsuites, (for hygiene reasons) and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Returning products is easy:
- Fill in the eclosed return form completely.
- Sufficient postage!
- If you do not pay the correct amount of shippng fee, the package will not arrive at Bob & Bill and then we can not give you a refund about the returned items.
- Of course, you can return or exchange the items at our concept store!

Please note, we aim refund, minus the shipping costs, within 14 days of our receipt of the returned product. Refunds will be credited to your original bank account.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
In general, you are responsible for the shipping fee of items you return.

Exchanges are not possible at www.iwasstyledbysophie.com. We are able to help you to return the items and purchase other items if you prefer. Please contact us via email email@example.com
INSURANCE (RETURNS & EXCHANGE)
I was Styled by Sophie wants to point out that the returned item(s) is/are your responsibility until we receive the parcel (undamaged). Therefore we recommend you to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
